Adam's Table was born from a simple conviction: the best meals start with the best relationships — with the farmers who grow our food, the fishermen who haul our catch, and the guests who sit at our table.
Nestled in the heart of Milton, we draw from a network of Chittenden County farms within a 30-mile radius. Our kitchen team works closely with each producer to plan menus that honor the rhythm of New England seasons.
